Warranty Policy
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Nuno Guitars are covered under a Limited Lifetime, non-transferable warranty beginning from the date of purchase by the original owner when bought from nunoguitars.com. This warranty ensures the instrument is free from defects in materials and workmanship.
During this period, Stone & Gold LLC, Nuno Guitars exclusive USA partner, will, at its discretion, repair or replace any Nuno instrument or component found to be defective. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from Nuno Guitars or an authorized Nuno Guitars service center. Electronic controls are covered under this warranty for one year. Repairs may use available materials at the time of service.
To initiate a claim, proof of purchase (sales receipt) is required. Once approved, Stone & Gold LLC will issue an RMA number, which must be clearly displayed on the return packaging.
